Subscription Terms & Policies

Welcome to Farm to Pup! Our subscription program makes it easy to keep your pup happily fed with fresh, farm-inspired meals and treats. Please review the following terms and policies, which apply to all Farm to Pup subscription orders.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms.

How the Subscription Works

Farm to Pup subscriptions provide recurring delivery or in-store pickup of selected dog meals and treats at a frequency you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You may adjust products, quantities, or frequency at any time before your next billing date.

Billing & Payments (Processed by Stripe)

All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider.

You may choose:

A) Automatic Payment (Card on file)

• Your card is securely stored by Stripe.

• Your card is charged automatically on each billing date.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation after each successful payment.

B) Email Invoice (Manual Payment)

• Stripe will email you an invoice before each billing date.

• You must pay the invoice by the due date indicated to receive your upcoming order.

• Orders are prepared only after invoice payment is received.

Prices shown in our online store do not include applicable taxes. The total combined 2026 sales tax rate for the City of Longmont is 8.87% of your purchase.

Failed or Late Payments

Automatic Payments:
If a card charge fails, Stripe will automatically retry. If payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your subscription will be paused until updated payment information is provided.

Invoice Payments:
If an invoice is not paid by the due date, the upcoming order will be skipped. Your subscription will remain active for future cycles unless canceled.

We’ll always notify you if payment issues arise.

Subscription Discounts

Subscribers may receive special pricing or loyalty benefits. Discount programs may be modified or discontinued with advance notice.

Modifying, Skipping, or Pausing

You may change, skip, or pause your subscription at any time.

Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming cycle.

Changes made after this window apply to the following cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges or invoice issuance for the upcoming order.

Once an order has been prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Delivery & Pickup

Orders for pick up

Ready on Thursday of the following week. Pick-up orders are ready the following Thursday 1-4pm after your billing date at our Northeast Longmont location. Your order will have your name on it, and it will be available inside a cooler on the porch.

Orders for delivery

Ready on Wednesday of the following week. Your order will be delivered on the following Wednesday 1-4pm after your billing date. Place a cooler or insulated container on your porch. We offer free delivery in Longmont on orders over $50.

Food Safety & Storage

All Farm to Pup meals and treats are prepared with fresh ingredients and frozen for safety.

Customer responsibilities:

• Refrigerate or freeze products promptly upon receipt.

• Follow storage instructions provided on packaging.

Farm to Pup is not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery or pickup.

Returns

Because our products are perishable food items:

• We do not accept returns.

• If you receive an incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Pet Health Disclaimer

Farm to Pup products are made with high-quality ingredients but are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

Always consult your veterinarian regarding:

• Allergies

• Dietary restrictions

• Medical conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for their dog.

Changes to Pricing or Products

We may update:

• Product offerings

• Subscription prices

• Ingredient sourcing

If subscription pricing changes, you will be notified in advance and may cancel or modify your subscription before the new price takes effect.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate contact and payment information

• Keeping login credentials secure

Farm to Pup is not responsible for missed deliveries or billing issues caused by outdated account information.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue subscription services in certain areas or during unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier shortages, equipment issues, extreme weather). If this occurs, affected customers will be notified.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data. Information is used only to fulfill orders and communicate about your subscription.
